Delivery
DELIVERY & SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Your order will be carefully packaged and we aim to dispatch all orders the next working day after your order is placed. Please allow a little longer if ordering at the Weekend or Bank Holidays.
Please be sure to add our email to your list of "safe senders" if you have an anti-spam filter installed, so that you are able to receive emails from us.
Free Gift Wrapping:
We can gift wrap your order for FREE just select "add gift wrapping" at checkout and we will wrap your items in gift paper. If you would like a message sent with your order please let us know via email or add a comment in the "special instructions/gift message" box at checkout.
UK Orders:
All our clothing items are sent FREE within the UK. All of our other items (ie stationery and party supplies etc) have a postage cost allocated to them according to their weight and size. However, you will only pay a MAXIMUM of £3.95GBP for standard delivery to a UK address no matter how large your order. All clothing items are sent FREE.
Orders are sent by the most appropriate method dependant on their their value, size and weight and are dispatched daily Monday to Friday, however, please allow 5-7 days for delivery.
Express UK Delivery:
If you require your order urgently we can send via Royal Mail Special Delivery which provides a Next Day delivery service (Mon to Fri) at a small extra charge which we heavily subsidise. Please select the additional Express Delivery charge at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2.30pm to be sent the same day otherwise they will go the following day. Please note there are a few remote locations in the UK where the Royal Mail Next Day gurantee does not apply.
Orders returned to sender:
In cases where Royal Mail leave a "when you were out" card and the parcel is returned uncollected ater 21 days, the customer will be responsible for payment of the cost of sending the order again. Free delivery applies for one delivery only.
International Orders:
For international Shipping each item has a postage cost allocated to it according to its weight and size & value. Carriers for international orders are selected on a per-order basis by Juicytots, usually Royal Mail Airmail service or International Signed For. In exceptional cases, where carriage cannot be provided at the cost charged we will contact you regarding the available options,and if necessary issue a refund. Please allow up to 15 working days for International delivery. (this timeframe is not a guaranteed service)
If you are placing a large order please feel free to contact us for a more accurate shipping quote as there are limitations when using a shipping calculator as regards total accuracy.
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that our website is correct, we will not be held liable for error and omissions. In particular, if we have made an error on price, we reserve the right to cancel your order and re-offer the goods to you at the correct price. Your placing an order does not constitute our accepting a contract.
Very occasionally an item you have ordered may be unavailable, in which case we will contact you in order that you can choose an alternative or cancel the order.
