Returns Policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

If you have any queries regarding refunding or exchanging goods purchased from us please contact us and we will try to help in whatever way we can. If you require advice on sizing or measurements please get in touch. Our policy is as outlined below:

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. It must be returned in its original condition, unused and with tickets attatched or in its orginal packaging as applicable.

Please email us first at enquiries@juicytots.co.uk to let us know what is being returned and wether you require a refund or an exchange subject to stock availablity. Please confirm the item(s) description, size and colour etc. If you would like an exchange, please clearly indicate what you would like to exchange the item(s) for, description, colour and size etc. International customers please be advised that we will not refund any charges or taxes you may incur when returning goods to us.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item and it should be sent by a trackable means such as recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. Please note that for hygiene reasons toiletry & cosmetic items may not be returned.

Providing the item(s) are recieved by JUICYTOTS in a new, unused & resaleable condition, we will refund your payment via the original payment method or exchange goods to the value of the original purchase price minus shipping costs upon receipt. However, please allow 14 days during busy periods. We will send a confirmation email when the refund/exchange has been processed.

If you have an item you believe to be faulty please contact us in the first instance. We can then arrange for it to be returned and refunded or replaced as necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
